This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. (1) Subject. Ouray Vault Toilet Pumping Multi-Year - GMUG NF. (2) Description. The Ouray Vault Toilet Pumping Multi-Year solicitation/contract is for regular and as-needed vault maintenance and cleaning services at 23 locations spread throughout the Ouray Ranger District within the Grand Mesa,Uncompahgre, and Gunnison (GMUG) National Forests. Solicitation period anticipated from 04/08/2021 – 04/27/2021. All solicitation documents will be posted to Beta.SAM under the solicitation number in number 7. (9) Pre-proposal Conference. Pre-proposal conference will be held on 04/19/2021 at 1 PM MST. Conference number and PIN are provided within the solicitation. (10) Contact Point or Contracting Officer. Maintenance and cleaning services are to be provided to 23 locations spread throughout the Ouray Ranger District within the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre, and Gunnison (GMUG) National Forests. Maps for each location are provided. (12) Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Priced, Multi-Year Contract (13) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance includes a base period and two (2) option years. The base period anticipated is 05/15/2021 through 12/31/2021. The optional periods will run January 1st through December 31st of every year following. An option year is not guaranteed. Funding will be based on the fixed price schedule of items issued upon award of the contract. (14) Contract Award Date. On or about 04/27/2021. (15) Contract Award Dollar Amount. The awarded dollar amount will be based on competitive pricing received in response to the Government Solicitation in accordance with the solicitation/contract schedule of items. (16) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals. One (1) contractor will be selected for single award. Contractor must have active registration in SAM IAW FAR 52.204-7 to receive award.
