The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic is taking a toll on Rio Grande National Forest employee mental well-being and the coming school year, fall and winter promise to add additional stress. Although the Employee Assistance Program offers behavioral health support, these services are challenging to access. In order to lower the barriers to entry into support, the Rio Grande National Forest is looking to embed a mental health professional with our staff through the 2021 year. The performance period will be from April 15, 2021 – September 30, 2021 (24 weeks). The Government is issuing this solicitation as a 100% Small Business Setaside. The resultant contract, if any, will be a single award firm-fixed (FFP) price contract The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for any amendments of the solicitation and any subsequent postings. Quotes are due on April 5, 2021, 5:00 P.M. Mountain Time. All interested parties must be registered with System for Awards Management (www.sam.gov) with the NAICS code 621330.
