The Bighorn and Shoshone National Forest intend to issue a Request For Proposals (RFP) to award a multiple, firm-fixed price IDIQ contracts for the completion of Class I, II and III heritage resource inventories and site evaluations within the Bighorn National Forest, Big Horn, Johnson, Sheridan, and Washakie Counties, Wyoming; and the Shoshone National Forest, Park, Hot Springs, Sublette, Teton, and Fremont Counties, Wyoming. More than one award may be made from this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541990 with a size standard of $19.5 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals to perform all work necessary for completion of Class I, II and III heritage resource inventories and site evaluations. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
