This work includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Full commercial garage door hardware overhaul to restore function, safety, and longevity. o Servicing all barrels and hoods, replacing springs and other associated hardware, and completing a full system test ensuring 100% functionality of all six garage doors. o Existing garage doors are to remain. - Removal and replacement of five industrial duty hoist operators. - Installation of five commercial grade infrared safety sensor systems.
