If submitting a quote package, complete blocks 17 and 30a-c of the SF1449, complete Section B, and complete all highlighted items listed in Section E and F of the RFQ, which includes submitting a Technical proposal with descriptions of the work to be performed. This will be a single award, firm-fixed price service contract. See full Request for Quotes (RFQ) document in the Attachments section. Please note: the selected vendor must be within 350 miles of Custer, South Dakota as noted in Section B and in the Scope of Work.
