The p... The purpose of this solicitation is for a dump station wastewater operator for the Tongue Ranger District, Big Horn National Forest. The watewater operater is required to be licensed in Wyoming. The permits/compliance for two USFS owned RV Dumpstations. The contractor must conduct ALL required testing, monitoring, and reporting to ensure that the system remains in compliance with all applicable Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WYDEQ) requirements for the Wyoming Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit (WYPDES). To include but not limited to monthly, semiannual, annual inspection(s), 5-year permit renewal as required or initial permit identification.
