There will not be any organized Site Visit to the jobsite prior to contract award, but prospective offerors may visit the site on your own to better understand technical requirements of this project. This will be a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement, and one firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
