This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. If submitting a quote, complete blocks 17 and 30a-c of the SF1449, complete the Schedule of Items in Section B, and review all highlighted items listed in Sections E and F, which includes submitting a Technical Proposal. This is a single award, Firm-fixed price service contract for water systems operation and maintenance requiring Water Operator (ORC) certifications from the State of Colorado.
