This is an Amendment to this solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice,to add clause AGAR 452.237-70 Loss, Damage, Destruction or Repair (FEB 1988) into this Solicitation. . All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Only one award will be completed from this solicitation. All Interested Vendors who have already submitted Quotes, and do not wish to update their Quotes need only to complete Blocks "8" and "15A-15C" and submit ONLY the SF30 Document PAGES 1 AND 2. Those Vendors who have submitted Quotes, but do wish to update their Quotes at this time, and/or other vendors who have not yet submitted quotes and would like to at this time, must complete both the SF30 as stated above, along with Sections B-F by completing Blocks 17a and 30a-30c on page one of the SF1449, and all highlighted fields within the SF1449 (SECTIONS B & F), noting Section E, the Evaluating Factors. Return both Document in their entirety with all required documentation listed in Section E, by the Due Date/Time.. INCOMPLETE QUOTES OR LATE QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE.
