If submitting a quote, complete blocks 17a, 30a-30c on page 1, All of Section B, and all highlighted fields in the entire solicitation including Section F, see Section E for the Evaluating Factors used to determine award and documents needed to be submitted with offer. Return the entire (all pages in order) of the completed solicitation document, with a Detailed Company Quote that addresses that the product your company provides can meet the minimum specifications listed in Section B of this solicitation. Include a specification sheet/brochure of the product used in the quote.
