This is an Amendment to this solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, to Clarify the Schedule of Items in Section B, and the 3.0 Deliverables in Section B on page 12, the Biobased Products List and the Quality Control Plan are required to be submitted with the vendor quotes; and to make additional minor typo corrections throughout the original solicitation. All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged. All changes are highlighted in green in this document. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Only one award will be completed from this solicitation. Vendors who have submitted Quotes must complete the entire Amendment #1 document but need not complete the SF1449 if already submitted and signed All other vendors who have not yet submitted quotes and would like to at this time, must complete the entire SF30 Amendment #1 document, Sections B-F by completing Blocks 8 and 15a-15c on page 1 of the SF30, and Blocks 17a and 30a-30c on page one of the SF1449, noting Section E, the Evaluating Factors. Return both Document in their entirety with all required documentation, by the Due Date/Time.. INCOMPLETE QUOTES OR LATE QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE.
