The Nebraska National Forest intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to provide services to lift, grade and package seedlings at the Bessey Nursery. These services shall consist of lifting and transporting seedlings to cold storage; provide grading and packaging services; and cleanup and storage of Government-furnished equipment, facilities and materials. This contract is for a spring and a fall service with one base year and two option years to be exercised at the government’s discretion. Project is located at the Bessey Nursery, Nebraska National Forest, Thomas County, NE. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 111421 with a size standard of $3.25 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
