The Government anticipates issuing a REquest for Quotes (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Base + Four Option Year Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest, Hahns Peak/BearsEars Ranger District The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform trash removal services on various campgrounds within the district. Work will be focused on collection and disposal of refuse from 16 dumpsters across 7 campgrounds within the HPBE RD between the months of June -October each year. The Contractor shall provide all required Bear Proof/Resistant dumpsters at specified locations to perform trash collection without impeding flow of traffic. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 562111, Solid Waste Collection. The size standard is $47 million. Product Service Code is S205, Housekeeping - Trash/Garbage Collection. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 26 June 2023 with quotes due tentatively on 5 July 2023. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
