This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to Offerors: Complete blocks 17, 24, and 30 a-c of the SF1449, complete the Schedule of Items and Motor Grader Information in Section B, submit a Technical Proposal, and complete other requirements in Sections E and F.
