This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This soliciation is for vault pumping services on the Brush Creek/Hayden (BCH) Ranger District. Instructions to Offerors: Complete blocks 17 and 30a-c of the SF1449, complete the Schedule of Items and Offeror Information in Section B. Submit a Technical Proposal addressing the technical capability. Complete other requirements in Sections E and F of this solicitation. See Attachments.
