The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for weed treatment services in the Bear Lodge, Hell Canyon, Mystic, and Northern Hills Ranger districts. Project areas encompass two states Western South Dakota and Eastern Wyoming. The work will be treating targeted invasive plant species (noxious weeds), and providing treatment data, including applicators reports that includes all information that the state of South Dakota and Wyoming require. One award will be made from this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561730 with a size standard of $7.5 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals to perform all work necessary to complete the treatments with applicable state licensing. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
