This pre-solicitation notice is issued for informational purposes only. The intent is to provide information about the project of Janitorial Services for the Yampa Ranger District Office located in Yampa, CO, prior to issuance of the solicitation. This notice is not a request for quotes. A Solicitation will be posted on Friday, January 13, 2023. Information is as follows: The purpose of the upcoming contract is to secure janitorial services for the Yampa Ranger District. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies, not listed as Government-furnished items, necessary to perform services under the janitorial contract. All designated areas must present a clean, healthful, and well-kept appearance in accordance with commercial janitorial practices. The work will consist of cleaning floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning restrooms and furnishings/furniture. Total square footage of areas requiring cleaning is 5559 sq. ft. The Contractor shall comply with required bio-based and bio-preferred products. The contract type is a single, firm-fixed price contract.
