This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and the number is 1240P23Q0008 (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-7 (iv) This procurement is set aside for 100% Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 561720-Janitorial Services and the size standard is $19.5M. (v) The resulting contract will be for a BASE Year plus Four (4) Option Years.
