This is an amendment to the previously published combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Amendment #2 corrects cleaning frequency discrepancies within the solicitation, removes the "Quarterly Cleaning" for the Main Office and Module listed in the Schecule of Items and re numbers the line items, adds attachment Q&A and Site Visit Scheduling to this published notice. (ii) This is an Amendment #2 Request for Quotes (RFQ) and the number is 1240P23Q0004 (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-7 (iv) This procurement is set aside for 100% Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 561720-Janitorial Services and the size standard is $19.5M. (v) The resulting contract will be for a BASE Year plus Four (4) Option Years. The total estimated period of performance will be December 1, 2022 - November 30, 2023.
