This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This is a Request for Quotation and the number is 1240LP22Q0102. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-6. (iv) This procurement is set aside for 100% Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 521720 -Janitorial Services and the size standard is $19.5M. (v) The resulting contract will be for a base year plus four (4) option years. The total estimated period of performance will be from October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2027. (vi) Location: Wall Ranger District, 710 Main St; Wall, SD 57790, NE 69337 (vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (viii.) Basis of Award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers. 1)Technical Capability to meet the government's requirement based on the Experience/Past Performance Questionnaire. 2) List of personnel assigned to perform janitorial services at the work site; and 3) Price.
