This amendment Extends the Responses Due Date and Time from 7/15/2022 3:00 PM MDT listed in the original solicitation, to 7/22/2022 3:00 PM MDT. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. If submitting a new quote, complete the SF-1449 Blocks 17a, 30a-30c on page one, all Schedule of Items listed in Section B for the BASE Year and each Option Years along with the summary tables, and all highlighted fields in the entire solicitation. You must also complete the SF-30 Blocks 8 and 15a-15c on page one. Include 3 Past Performances from separate entities within the past 3 years. Return both documents in their entirety completed solicitation, and amendment, with the documentation that addresses that the services your company provides can accomplish work required to be completed listed in Section B of this solicitation.
