If submitting a quote, complete blocks 17a, 30a-30c, all Schedule of Items listed in Section B for the BASE Year and each Option al Years along with the summary tables, and all highlighted fields in the entire solicitation. Include 3 Past Performances from separate entities within the past 3 years. Return the entire completed solicitation, with the documentation that addresses that the services your company provides can accomplish work required to be completed listed in Section B of this solicitation.
