Description of Requirement: Outdoor Walk-In Refrigerated Storage Cooler Walk-In Cooler Cabinet Requirements: • Exterior Dimensions: 26’L X 8’W X 8’H to 40’L X 8’W X 8’H (MIN and MAX sizes listed) • Outdoor Cooler with floor. • Indoor temperature down to less than or equal to 35 degrees. • 4” thick high density insulation R-32 rated cooler panels. • Vapor Proof 48” LED Light Fixtures. • Energy saving vapor proof CFL lamp pre-wired to exterior switch with pilot light installed. • Digital Temperature display. • Heavy duty Chrome Kason Cam-lift with additional self-actuating door closure. • Dart mount magnetic door seal gaskets for a firm tight door seal. • 0.063 Aluminum diamond tread kick plates on lower potion of door (exterior). • 4.75” thick insulated metal floor with 850 lbs rating for foot traffic and wheel carts. • PVC Strip curtain 36”W X 78”H. • Duro last Roof membrane complete with mounting hardware. Refrigeration System Requirements: • Med Temp Outdoor 2 HP or (adequate for size) with Pump-down controls. Pre-assembled outdoor condensing unit, UL approved headmaster low ambient control. • NSF-UL Approved Low Profile Air-defrost evaporator coils 115 volt. • Liquid Line Solenoid. • Copeland Compressor. • Anodized condenser coils. • Adjustable low pressure control. • Liquid line filter and sight glass. • High pressure safety controls. • Thermostat temperature control. • TXV (factory mounted and piped). • Suction line filter. • Warranty: 5 year compressor motor and 1 year parts. Delivery Requirements: • Delivery, offloading and final placement of the walk-in cooler shall be the responsibility of the Vendor. All arrangement for such activities shall be the responsibility of the Vendor as well and will be inclusive of the awarded price. • The Government shall be noticed at minimum ten business days prior to delivery of the walk-in cooler.
