Basis of Award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government, considering the following factors: 1) Technical Capability – Product offered meets Government specifications and proposed delivery schedule that is most advantageous to the Government. 2) Price – Comparison of quotes.
