This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is for Trash Collection on the Brush Creek/Hayden (BCH) Snowy Range. Instructions to offerors: Complete blocks 17, 24, and 30a-c of the SF1449, complete the Schedule of Items / Price Schedule in Section B, submit Technical Proposal including technical capability, and complete other requirements in Section E and F of this solicitation.
