This is an amendment to a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. If submitting a new or revised quote, complete blocks 8 and 15a-15c of page one on both SF 30 Amendments #1 & #2, along with the pages 3-5 and all highlighted fields in the entire document; and blocks 17a and 30a-30c of the original SF 1449. If the submission is an original quote from the inital solicitation without revision, then please complete both SF 30 Amendment documents as mentioned above. Return the ENTIRE COMPLETED Solicitation and Solicitation Amendments, with the documentation/product brochure that addresses that the product meets the Minimum Specifications used in Section B of this solicitation amendment.
