If submitting a quote, complete blocks 8, and 15a-15c of page one, pages 2-4, and all highlighted fields in the entire solicitation amendment, of the SF30. If this is a vendor who did not submit a quote for the original solicitation please complete the SF 1449 also. Return the ENTIRE COMPLETED Solicitation and Solicitation Amendment, with the documentation/product brochure, that addresses that the product meets the Minimum Specification.used in Section B of this solicitation amendment.
