This solicitation for commercial item (1 EA UTV) has been amended for a second time, and the response due date has been extended. For those vendors who have submitted quotes during the initial solicitation who wish to have their previous quotes considered must complete blocks 8 and 15a-15c of both SF 30's for Amendment #1 and Amendment #2, and email to the point of contact (POC), jane.pedrotti@usda.gov by the response due date and time. They may revise their quotes at this time or submit new ones, completing both the SF 1449 (Complete Blocks 17a and 30a-30c), and complete blocks 8 and 15a-15c for both Amendment #1 AND Amendment #2, along with Section B and all highlighted areas in Section F of Amendment #2. Email the entire documents to the POC all three completed/signed documents along with the brochure/info that shows that the product meets minimum specifications. All new quotes must have all three documents completed and signed to be considered. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
