For those vendors who have submitted quotes during the initial solicitation who wish to have their previous quotes considered must complete blocks 17a, and 30a-30c of this SF30,and email to the point of contact (POC), jane.pedrotti@usda.gov by the response due date and time. They may revise their quotes at this time or submit new ones, completing both the SF1449 with blocks 17a, 30a-30c, Section B and all highlighted areas in section F, along with completing the SF30, submitting both the signed/completed SF1449 and the SF30 with your quote and product brochure that shows that the product meets minimum specifications. All new quotes must have both documents completed and signed and received by the POC by the response due date and time. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. If submitting a quote, complete blocks 17a, 30a-30c, pages 3 & 4 and all highlighted fields in the entire solicitation. Return the entire completed solicitation, with the documentation that addresses that the product meets Minimum Required Specifications listed in Section B of this solicitation..
