AMENDMENT 3: This contract will take place after January 30, 2022 and under Executive Order 14026 is required to pay at least $15.00 per hour minimum wage (or the applicable wage rate listed on the attached Wage Determination if higher). Contractors may or may not be aware of this minimum wage requirement when they submitted original price proposals. This amendment also extends the due date to Friday, January 28, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Please follow the instructions in the attached Amendment 3. A reminder to offerors: for Technical Proposals to be technically acceptable, it is required that resume(s) of Janitor(s) be submitted. AMENDMENT 2: We received questions at the site visit on January 12; therefore, we revised the Schedule of Items to gray out the line item for strip and wax floors in the Base Year. Please use this revised Schedule of Items (attached to the Amendment 2) in your quote / price proposal. See the attachment for more information on the questions and answers. AMENDMENT 1: An additional Site Visit at the Ranger District Office is available on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. There will be an onsite conference available in person on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time at the USDA, Forest Service, Ranger District Office, located at 925 Weiss Drive, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. Masks will be required inside the building. Instructions to offerors: Complete blocks 17, 24, and 30a-c of the SF1449, complete the Schedule of Items/Price Schedule in Section B, submit a Technical Proposal with resumes of Janitors, include past performances, and complete other requirements in Section E and F of this solicitation.
