This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This will be a Base Contract with the potential of four (4) Optional Years, totaling five (5) years overall. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract for services to manage and maintain the wastewater system (WWS) at Shadow Mountain Village and Green Ridge Campground (shared system) in accordance to CDHPE regulations and requirements. There is roughly 5200' of gravity main, 17 manholes and 2 lift stations between GRCG and SMV. The Shadow Mountain Village is located in Grand County approximately 12 miles north of Granby, Colorado. Green Ridge Campground is located approximately one mile southeast of the entrance to Shadow Mountain Village. See full RFQ documentation in the attachments section of this solicitation.
