This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This will be a Base Contract with the potential of four (4) Optional Years, totaling five (5) years overall. This is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for completion of Level/Class I, II and III cultural resource inventories, Site Monitoring, Site Evaluations, and Systematic Subsurface Shovel Testing (30m and 15m), within the Black Hills National Forest, in South Dakota and Wyoming, the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests and Thunder Basin National Grasslands, located in Wyoming and Colorado, and the Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands in Nebraska and South Dakota.
