Quote due date remains unchanged - due Oct 8, 2021 by 5:00 pm MT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. There will be a conference available in person on Thursday, September 30, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time at the USDA, Forest Service, Ranger District Office, located at 2171 Highway 130, Saratoga, WY 82331. Masks will be required inside the building. Instructions to offerors: Complete blocks 17, 21-24, and 30a-c of the SF1449, complete Price Schedule, submit Technical Proposal, include past performances, and complete representations and certifications as described in Section E of this solicitation.
