The services covered in this contract are for furnishing all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, and livestock (as needed) to visually survey and spray approximately 60 acres of noxious weeds across approximately 140 acres in the specified project (bid) area of the Aspen-Sopris Ranger District, in the Base Year, in compliance with terms, specifications, conditions and provisions contained herein. Following the Base Year (2021) treatments, a similar amount of acres may be sprayed each of two option years across six additional treatment areas. No specific quantity of work is guaranteed nor implied. Greater or fewer acres may be treated depending upon weather, severity of weed infestation, topography or other conditions.
