The United States Forest Service (FS) Northern Region (R1) and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Missoula Field Office need to obtain high quality tree planting, shrub/native planting, and associated services to ensure maximum stock survival and achieve prompt reforestation on site-specific lands administered within their boundaries. Services are needed on tree improvement areas (e.g., seed orchards, clone banks, genetic test sites, etc.) or lands that have been disturbed through fire, insect or diseases, harvest, or from other causes and where land and resource management plans indicate forested cover is desired.
