The Solicitation number has been changed from 1240LN24R0002 to 1240LN24Q0008- Requirement remains the same. The Forest Service anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinate Quantity (IDIQ) commercial items contract with a base and two or three ordering periods for road decommisioning on the Helena-Lewis & Clark National Forest. Work will occur on all districts within the Helena-Lewis & Clark National Forest. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and all incidentals necessary to perform road obliteration work on roads specified on each task order. All work and equipment shall be in compliance with the terms, specifications and provisions of this contract. All equipment shall be in good operating condition, inspected to be weed free, and shall be operated by competent, experienced operators. It is anticipated that the Solicitation Package will be available aproximately March 22, 2024
