The Custer Gallatin Ashland Ranger District is proposing a cultural resource management project consisting of a Class III 100% level inventory of 1962 acres of vegetation units and temporary roads on National Forest lands on the Ashland District of the CGNF, Montana within approximately 26,890-acre Elk Creek Vegetation project area. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to change the NAICS code associated with this solicitation from 712120 to 541720 at $24.5M Amendment 0002 extends the due date for quotes to 8/24/2022 at 1700 MT. It also attaches a map of the area and answers the questions: Are the 11 known sites campgrounds and are they cultural artifact sites? - They are NOT campgrounds. They are lithic scatters. Amendment 0003 extends the due date for quotes to 8/29/2022 at 1700 MT Amendment 0004 extends the due date for quotes to 9/16/2022 at 1700 MT. It also changed the period of performance from 9/1/2022-5/2/2023 to 5/1/2023-1/1/2024. This also adjusts the due date to initiate field work on Page 8 from September 30, 2022 to May 30, 2023.
