The Contractor shall provide all management, incidentals, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the Government office located at the White Sulphur Spring Ranger District, 204 West Folsom, White Sulphur Springs, Montana, in a manner that will maintain satisfactory conditions and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor shall be responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness in areas used for offices and storage including the lunchroom, bathrooms, conference rooms and coffee break areas. All areas shall be kept clean, neat, and free of fire and safety hazards and unsanitary conditions. The janitorial services are required for the White Sulphur Springs Ranger District Office, Shop and the Fire Cache Building, White Sulphur Springs, MT on the Helena-Lewis & Clark National Forest. The main office building area to be maintained consists of approximately 2,840 square feet, which is divided into eleven (11) rooms and one (1) hallway and two (2) restrooms. The entire area is covered by carpet except for the restrooms, kitchen area, and copy room which are covered in linoleum. The Shop area consists of one (1) bathroom at approximately 25 square feet and one (1) workout area that consists of approximately 706 square feet. The restroom in the shop area is cement and rubber floor mats in the workout area. The Fire Cache Building consists of approximately 130 square feet which consists of one (1) office, one (1) restroom and one (1) shower room. The office is covered by carpet and the restroom and shower room are covered in linoleum. Annual cleaning of 2 bunkhouses located by the District Office, consisting of 5,796 square feet, which is divided into three (3) Living Areas, four (4) bathrooms, two (2) kitchens, nine (9) sleeping rooms, two (2) hallways, two (2) foyers, two (2) stairways, and one (1) laundry room. Upstairs is carpet, including the stairs, except for the kitchen, bathrooms and foyer which are linoleum. The downstairs area (4 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry) is cement except 1 of the 4 bedrooms is carpet.
