The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2022-04 effective January 30, 2022. Attached you will find an Amendment to change the 2-stroke requirement to both a 2 and 4-stroke, Schedule of Items and specifications for 3, 2022 or newer Snowmobiles for the Pike-San Isabel National Forests and the Cimarroon and Comanche National Grasslands. The selection process will consist of a Best Value source selection based on past performance, technical capability, price and delivery.
