Specifications: 1. Quantity: Three (3) units – two (2) units primary with one (1) unit backup – Must be clean to maintain health of tree seedlings. 2. Sizes: Standard commercial refrigerated trailers no more than 9’wide and between 48’ to 53’ long. 3. Refrigeration: Self-contained refrigeration system capable of maintaining a constant temperature of 35 degrees F for the entire duration of the project of 14 days. There is no electricity on site. If diesel fuel powered, trailers should arrive fully fueled and they should have a minimum 50 gallon sized tank so as there is no lapse in the cooling system. The agency will, at it’s own expense, refill the liquid, diesel fuel as needed and return the units fully fueled. 4. Date: Units to be delivered prior to 4/8/22 and picked up after 4/22//22. 5. Location: Manitou Experimental Forest 232 County Road 79 Woodland Park, Colorado 80863 6. Parking Configuration: Trailers are to be parked side by side with enough space behind for a USFS Trailer to maneuver a commercial tractor/trailer to back up end-to-end with the delivered trailers and offload seedlings. Delivery semi not required to stay on site after delivery.
