The purpose of this contract is to furnish all materials, chemicals, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to pump toilets identified by this solicitation on the Helena-Lewis & Clark National Forest. A copy of Tech Tips, Publication Number 2300, published by USDA Department of Technology and Development, dated October 1992, is attached for specifications. Disposal of waste shall meet all sanitation and health laws, ordinances, or regulations by any municipal, county, state or Federal authority to govern collection and disposal of human waste shall be recognized and observed while performing the services. Disposal is not allowed on any Forest Service Lands. All fees imposed for sewage disposal under this contract are the responsibility of the contractor.
