The contractor shall provide for janitorial services for the Forest Service office building located at 180 Pagosa Street, Pagosa Springs, Colorado. The duration of the contract shall be one year with options for an additional four years. The period of performance shall begin on January 1st, 2022. The janitorial service will include daily and weekly cleanings and one annual cleaning. Daily services shall be performed Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 1700 to 0630. Weekly services shall be performed during any hours on either a Saturday or Sunday or the following Monday morning by 0630. The annual service shall be performed on a date agreed upon by the contractor and the Forest Service. For safety reasons no children shall be permitted on government premises working under a janitorial contract unless they are at least 16 years old. Quotes are due by December 15, 2021 at 5pm EST.
