The various phases of cleaning and janitorial work shall, at a minimum, be carried out at the frequencies indicated below. All work shall be performed, except if otherwise specified, after normal hours which are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. (On weekends, when the office remains open, Contractor may work during daytime hours). The Contractor shall furnish all cleaning equipment and supplies specified herein, except Government furnished property, required to perform janitorial services. The Contractor shall maintain all areas of the office building in a clean, neat, professional, and acceptable condition. The facility is located at 15571 County Road T-5, La Jara, Colorado 81140. Approximately 2 miles South of La Jara, Colorado on US Hwy. 285. See attachment for more details.
