The work of this contract consists of constructing improvements at the Wise River Work Center to create a fully functioning helibase. The improvements in the base items include restroom/shower facility (Bathhouse) and septic system and a bunkhouse and utilities and all supporting site work and infrastructure. Additive items include two helipads, access road to the helipads, expansion of the existing fire warehouse, a helicopter shelter, and all supporting site work and supporting infrastructure. The construction site is located at the The Wise River Work Center (formerly the Wise River Ranger Station), 65600 MT Hwy 43, Wise River, Beaverhead County, MT 59762. A Pre-proposal tour of the project will be held during the solicitation period. The date and time of the tour will be given in the solicitation notice. Magnitude of Project (per FAR 36.204(b)): Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
