Work at this location shall include installation of a 4-ton heat pump system and fan coil unit w/auxiliary electric resistance heat and includes installation of lineset to outdoor unit, connecting to existing duct system and installing new duct runs to basement bedrooms and to existing main floor registers, removal and disposal of existing wood burning heating unit, removal and disposal of existing electrical radiant heaters, installation of new thermostats, all required electrical work, and providing and installing new wall and floor grilles. Site visit shall take place Monday, September 20, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at the 425 Maggie Load Road location. Magnitude of Construction Project (per FAR 36.204(a)) - Less than $25,000.
