This contract will provide project site preparation, excavation, structural fill, concrete foundations, anchors, reinforcement, and slab for the facility. The work associated with this project includes: Provide site preparation, excavation, backfill, grading, structural fill, reinforced concrete foundations, anchors, concrete slab and electrical grounding as shown in the drawings and noted in the specifications. There is no formal site visit for this project. Interested vendors are highly encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a quote. Magnitude of construction project (per FAR 36.204(b)) - Between $25,000 and $100,000.
