The purpose of this amendment 0001 is to 1) extend the date and time quotations must be received in item (ii), and (xv) Date, Time, and Place quotes are due, 2) add clarification to paragraph (vi) Description of Requirement, 3) correct Table 1. Priority DASK survey sites within the Little Missouri National Grassland in the Statement of Work, Attachment 01, and 4) update 52.222-42, Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires (May 2014) (29 U.S.C. 206 and 41 U.S.C. chapter 67). See Attached. Quotes must include the signed SF30 acknowledging the amendment. The primary objective of this project is to conduct presence/absence surveys for the Endangered Species Act (ESA)-listed Dakota Skipper. The secondary objective, Optional Item 1, is to survey other butterflies, skippers, and skipperlings, especially U.S. Forest Service Region 1 (USFS R1) Dakota Prairie Grasslands (DPG) sensitive lepidopterans and Monarch (Danaus plexippus) butterflies, and those lepidopteran species that are spatially and temporarily related to the Dakota Skipper.
