The services required by this contract are for furnishing all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to construct a 100’ x 200’ parking area with two approaches, a 20’ x 20’ kiosk pad, install one (1) 18” corrugated metal pipe (CMP) and Class 5 aggregate surfacing as staked on the ground and shown on the drawings. The work includes topsoil removal and replacement, excavation and embankment. The project is located on the Medora Ranger District, Dakota Prairie Grasslands in the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 10, Township 140 North and Range 103 West in Golden Valley County, North Dakota. There is no formal site visit for this project. Interested vendors are highly encouraged to visit the project site prior to submitting a quotation. Magnitude of Construction Project (per FAR 36.204(b)) - Between $25,000 and $100,000.
