Vendors should disregard all other documents except the original solicitation, dated May 11, 2021, Amendment 1 dated May 25, 2021, Amendment 2 dated June 24, 2021, this NOTE document dated June 25 and future Amendments, if any. This solicitation is for a travel trailer to be used by Forest Service personnel as temporary living quarters on our National Grasslands and National Forests. Travel conditions will vary from highways to poorly graded road surfaces. Occasional rough-road service is expected which may subject the trailer to high impact and torsional loads beyond that encountered during normal use. The trailer shall be ruggedly constructed by incorporating first-class materials and workmanship throughout to withstand the conditions to which it will be subjected. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, effective as of March 10, 2021. The Government will consider all quotes received until the time of contract award. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 336214.
