The work is broken down into four items including work preparation as a lump sum quantity and conference calls. Completed EOI reviews and final documentation described as actual quantities measured in hours. The number of EOIs completed will vary depending on the complexity of each parcel but are estimated to take an average of 8 hours per parcel.
